    A Busy, Busy Week!

Well, the week started with some training and lessons with Hannah Esberger. We were working on getting Tiff 'test-ready’ for this weekend’s Pony Progress Squad FEI Team Test run-through and Leo was working on his balance through transitions.

    Pony Progress Squad Training

I’ve just back from a very wet and windy weekend at Pony Progress Squad training with the lovely pony stallion Cyden Oostings Amigo. We had a run-through of our FEI Pony Team tests under the watchful eye of the GB selectors and our Pony Progress Squad trainer, Dan Sheriff.

    Leo's First Competition

Last weekend, Leo braved his first ever unaffiliated dressage competition. It was the first time he had seen a full set of white boards, so I was a little unsure what to expect. I need not have worried - he was brilliant and took it all in his stride!

    Introducing Olivia & Tiffin

The focus for this session with my long-time trainer and mentor Hannah Esberger was to prepare for the BYRDS Inter-Regionals Rider Test. Dengie’s Jo and Lisa were there too, so I decided to get Tiffin weighed and his diet assessed as I was struggling to maintain his condition.
