Nutrition Partner for Animalweb
We are excited to announce our new partnership with Animalweb, becoming their official Nutrition Partner. The collaboration will focus on providing horse owners with clear, evidence-based guidance on equine nutrition as well as helping to tackle common myths and misconceptions.
The announcement follows a recent survey conducted by Animalweb, which gathered more than 600 responses from horse owners about feeding and nutrition. The results revealed uncertainty about what to believe, highlighting a need and appetite for trustworthy, research led information.
“We are delighted and honoured to be joining Animalweb as their Nutritional Partner” says Dr Katie Williams, Technical & Product Development Manager at Dengie. “Their reputation for providing factual information and bringing the findings of studies and research to horse owners is second to none and we are thrilled to be a part of that.”
Animalweb is the go-to platform for evidence-based equine science, a unique hub where leading scientists, professionals, and genuine experts share research, practical advice, and myth-busting insights to help horse and animal owners make informed decisions.
Dr David Marlin, Founder of Animalweb, commented “At Animalweb our mission is to make science accessible and relevant to every horse owner. Nutrition is one of the areas where confusion and misinformation can have the biggest impact on horse health and welfare. Dengie has always been a science and research-led company, which fits perfectly with Animalweb’s ethos of putting evidence at the heart of everything we do. By working together, we can cut through the myths and provide horse owners with clear, practical advice that really benefits their horses”.
Through the partnership, we will be working with Animalweb to publish resources, share practical feeding advice and promote discussions that put science at the heart of decision making for horse owners.
