Spud now licks his feed bowl clean!

“Although Spud is naturally a good doer, he is very fussy with his bucket feed and I’ve struggled to find a low-calorie feed that he enjoys!” says Emily Mills.

“I was excited when I was chosen to trial Spud on Dengie’s new product Meadow Lite with Herbs! The soft blend of chopped straw and grass is ultra-low in calories, but the addition of cinnamon and thyme make it so tasty that Spud cannot resist and now licks his feed bowl clean! It is reassuring to know that Spud is now having plenty of chopped fibre in his bucket feed to promote a healthy digestive system, without greatly increasing his calorie intake. Plus the dressing of linseed oil makes his coat gleam!”
