Last Minute Preparations
It’s almost time for my first event and things have started to get rather busy! I have had the boys out jumping with Susie Gibson – even Stan has been for his first play (as you can see in the video he was finding it all very exciting!). Our dressage training has also increased and I have had some polishing up with Gwyneth Lewis. Skipper and Stan both think transitions are very hard work and had to sleep all afternoon after their lessons!
Sparks has been enjoying going back to the gallops. A very kind local flat trainer has allowed me to use their gallops – as much as Sparkle would like to think he is flying up them, he has no chance of staying with the racehorses when they gallop! All of the horses are having a trip out to do some ‘stressage’ soon and a trip to look at some cross-country jumps will be on the cards too! They are all feeling on fab form and I can’t wait to get out eventing!! #fuelledbyfibre
