The last month has been something of a whirlwind. The culmination of a busy spring for our super team of horses saw the three babies all jump clear around a very challenging Keysoe.
We have been so incredibly lucky to be included on the Elite Pathway events. This is the third in the series and I am delighted with the improvement in both these two horses.
What an extra-ordinary experience Lockdown has been. Our training has continued at home with eager anticipation of return to competition.
As we look forward to the chance of returning to cross country, I hope we can remember and retain the lessons we’ve learnt during “the extraordinary season of 2020”.
This handsome horse arrived with me from Ireland just over three weeks ago, looking pretty light, weak and a little sorry for himself. Having raced in August and been ‘spelling’ in the interim.

Well finally a smooth day at the office. It feels like it's been awhile! Willy Do and Superstition contested the Advanced Intermediate class at the Gatcombe Horse Trials last weekend.
We've begun 2018 at max capacity! Hugely exciting times as our new yard and the business are thankfully seemingly going from strength to strength.
So it's been a fairly eventful few months since we last checked in, I've had a baby girl "Evie", and we've moved yards from Banbury to Cheltenham!
So that's it, the end of term. Its been a disappointing year in many ways, but thankfully a good run of form to finish the season has left me hungry for more.
